The History of Hygiene

Hygiene Group Ltd. is a private limited company. Since our formation in 1983, we have grown organically to become the market leader in the supply of specialist hygiene contract cleaning and support services to the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and associated industries.

Our business employs over 500 staff nationwide, serviced by local Account Managers and supported by a Group Technical Team based out of our Birmingham Business Centre.



With further satellite service centres in London and Warrington we are well-placed to support a wide client base throughout the UK drawing on our specialist staff and management team, and have the experience, commitment and scope to service new business opportunities. 

As you would expect, Hygiene Group are an ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and SafeContractor accredited company providing our customer base with the assurance that our quality, environmental and safety systems are second to none. Furthermore, our 20-year relationship with “Investors in People” bears testament to the importance we place on our staff development and wellbeing, and we are proud to hold a silver accreditation.
