 cryogenic cleaning This is a unique process from Hygiene that is as safe as it is effective. Solid pellets of carbon dioxide are accelerated by an air jet onto the desired surface. Food residues are instantly frozen, shattering into smaller pieces and blown away by the airflow. As the pellets evaporate instantaneously, all that remains is a 100% clean surface and frozen debris that is easily removed by suction cleaning. The system is particularly effective in the removal of carbonised or crystallised deposits which would normally be broken down by the use of caustic gels or acids, thus removing the potential risk to staff, equipment and the environment.  |
