building fabric

All food manufacturing units, whether ambient, chilled or high risk require building fabric to be cleaned to a frequency based upon usage, soilage, physical and micro risk factors.

Hygiene’s schedules are written taking into account all the factors necessary to deliver the optimum specification for your operation. Hygiene is a specialist in the thorough cleaning of the building fabric including floors, wall/floor junctions, walls, ceilings, ceiling/wall junctions, windows, ledges, doors and door frames.

When work is in progress our teams will protect any equipment liable to damage or contamination. Dust and loose dirt will be removed by suction cleaning and no cleaning process will be used that will damage or discolour fabric or surface finishes.

Should it be necessary to bring the area being cleaned into use during the cleaning process, Hygiene ensures that cleaning chemicals are not left or stored in the area, that treated surfaces are thoroughly washed and rinsed and that the area is left in a safe working condition.

As you would expect from the market-leader, all areas are inspected and checked-off with your technical team at the end of each cleaning process.
