Hygiene in a food environment begins as soon as the staff enter the premises. Clean and hygienic amenities promote this philosophy before a step is taken into the production environment and minimises the risk to product by human contamination.

Hygiene’s amenity cleaning covers the cleaning and maintenance of the male and female toilets, locker rooms, rest areas and canteen. The specification requires that all facilities are cleaned and maintained per shift and deep cleaned on a regular basis. Factory hand wash stations are cleaned each shift with consumables checked and replenished as required.

The schedule can cover a seven-day period to accommodate the production patterns worked on your site. Detail cleaning is carried out to a programme matrix and during peak production periods the frequencies and timings of the programme are modified to cater for the increased demand from additional staff.
